A great meal starts simply... with fresh local foods.  Here on Kauai we have an abundance of  organic fruits, veggies, seafood, and meats.  Kauai truly deserves its designation as “The Garden Isle”   I can bring the best gifts from the island right to your table.


Many fun years and amazing adventures in international culinary experience allow me to provide custom meals tailored specifically for you.  I look forward to creating just the right meal for your special occasion, individual taste,  and dietary needs.

 I have been a personal chef for the past 15 years, and much of that time was spent aboard privately owned sailing yachts.  Extensive travels throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, Scandinavia, Central America, and the South Pacific have enabled me to learn enormous amounts about regional cooking.


 I find food to be a truly personal experience.   The process of catering menus to the specific tastes and/or dietary needs of my clients is fun!   Some of my specialities include Vegetarian/Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy Free, and High Protein/Low Fat meals for athletes.  I enjoy working with families and providing healthy nutritious meals that kids are happy to eat.


Baking is an additional passion of mine.  Fresh breads, cookies, pies and pastries are a popular addition to my meals.  For birthdays and other special events, I enjoy the creative challenge of making a unique treat for the occasion.

My history as a private chef has honed my skills at being flexible and creative in a variety of culinary environments.  I can serve a formal meal with table service, family style buffet, or an upscale picnic at the beach.  Whatever the occasion, I look forward to enriching your experience on Kauai with fresh, delicious, colorful local food.
